During preparation for this year´s obedience world cup in Budapest we got bad news from Spain:
Their Kennel club is not willing to enter any competitors although the qualification is over and three teams got necessary points. The official reason is very strange: Because the level of obedience in Spain is not high enough.
That is simply not true if you think about Figueroa Gonzalo placed 38th in last world cup in Salzburg or you follow training videos. Furthermore they organised obedience training camps with leading scandinavic trainers and improved their level obviously throughout the last years.
We want to support the Spanish team as they put a lot of enthusiasm and effort in their work and deserve to represent their country like all other participants who passed the necessary qualification.
ESPAÑA A LA WM !!

It makes no sense if their not.
Their level is absolutely high eneogh !
